The Family Room can accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 child, featuring a combination of a twin bed and a queen-sized bed. Meanwhile, the Quadruple Room with Balcony can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 1 child, offering a double bed and a queen-sized bed. The budget hostel is perfectly located in the old part of town (it was still surprisingly quiet in terms of traffic, etc.). Everything is easily accessible on foot. The rooms are quite basic, but everything you need is available (including a small closet for locking valuables). Also of particular note is the tireless help and advice from Lisa, the owner, and the receptionist. If you have any questions about Hanoi, Vietnam, or anything else, she is on hand with help and advice.

everything about the place was great ! the location was near to all the major attractions. Atm , restaurant, everything was available nearby . The rooms were clean , as per the price it’s value for money . Lucy our host , was very welcoming and nice . she helped us with the halong bay trip which was amazing!!! It’s recommended. Ac was working fine . Bathroom clean ! I liked everything about the place , will go there again :))

The hostel's location is fairly good, it's in the Old Quarter and is within easy walking distance of many restaurants and cafes. There was some sort of Christmas market one street north of the hostel when I was there in early December, but I don't know how long it normally runs for. I also liked that the dorm room had a small balcony, allowing fresh air into the room.

The host here is absolutely amazing. She is so kind and attentive; a very helpful host. She was patient with me when I needed to grab more cash to pay for my stay and even helped arrange a private car (nice!) for me to the airport. The shared dorm room is adequately priced and it was never too warm at night as each bed has its own fan. The location is great as well.

Since I arrived they made me feel very comfortable!! The staff was excellent, I left my 20 kg suitcase at the hostel and continued touring different places in Vietnam with a very small backpack, the facilities were very clean, the location was perfect, I thank the staff who made the trip easier for me with my suitcase!! I hope to return soon greetings
